    Copy Chip's code in a standard VBA Module. Add this line where you need it...
    ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs Application.UserName & "_" & "FCST" & "_" & Format(Date, "MMDDYYYY") & "_" & "CW" & IsoWeekNumber(Date)
