Delay Macro

Hi All,

Here is what I would like to achieve:

Put in a statement within a Macro that populates cells with the values that I want it to but instead of populating all at the same time, is it possible for the values to be delayed.

I have designed a mock spreadsheet (attached) it has two columns 'Before' and 'After'

After = Before values (in this mock)

When you press the button, the values are populated straight into the 'After column' can we add the delay between the values? So that the values dont come up straight away, almost making it look as if it is taking its time to think?
