Does someone can hlelp me to create a drop down list that works as follows:
1. It neeeds to be able to refer a diffrerent workbook for data.
2. As I am typing letteres, the possible options are to appear in the drop-down list.

Hello Cesar,
If the data is in another workbook and not on a different worksheet, you can not use a regular validation drop down. The Data Validation Drop Down does not support look ahead typing either. You will need to use a Control Toolbox ComboBox to do all these things.
