Skipping empty cells

Hello everybody, I need help in solving the following: in "woorkbook 1",column "division" I have text codes. The column is a mixture of empty and non-empty cells. In "woorkbook 2" I need to re-create the same column linked to the original column, but skipping the empty cells, while at the same time this new column needs to be able to update itself constantly.

Any ideas.

Try the Auto Filter, and choose Non-Blanks
