How to insert "if" and "vlookup" formula into cells using vba

I have created a spreasheet which will contain hours scheduled vs. hours actually worked (as attached).

The data being entered in each Row (A-I & L) is taken care of via a userform.

I then have to make a series of simple calculations as shown in cells (Row 4,K,N, M & O), which will be populated as a result of the entries from the useform.

What I would like to know is if these calculations can be automated when the "Submit" button is pressed within the useform i.e. The user enters the data for cells (A-I) in the userform and then hits the "Submit" button which causes cells (L-M) to be populated.

    Many thanks,

    Andy
