I'm seeking a code that helps in repeating a row depending on a certain cell value in that row.
For example: if the certain cell is in column 2 like
A: 1 2 2
B: 5 3 1

I'd like to be:
A: 1 2 2
B: 1 2 2
c: 5 3 1
D: 5 3 1
E: 5 3 1

Is there any suggestions?
