Application.DisplayAlerts not working

I am trying to suppress the message box displayed while executing the macro. any help is greatly appreciated

That's not a system message so DisplayAlerts won't work. Try adding this line before the application.run line:

    ActiveSheet.Range("$C$2:$C$92").ClearContents
