How to transfer data to another worksheet from drop down menus

Good Afternoon,

I am new to the Forum and thank you in advance.

I am trying to create a VBA for transferring a value selected from a drop down menu to another sheet in the same workbook. For example:
Column A Column B Column C
1 ID # ID #

2 Handbook Y N
3 ID Card
4 Patch


Yes and No are the drop down menu and also contains the members' ID number which is drop down as well in row 1.

If a no is selected, I want to transfer to another sheet the ID and the item which the no was entered.
