    Capture every action

    Hi ,

    I want a help on a creating a file which should record all the activities when opened.

    Example if I am working on outlook it should show me the time i worked and if it is opened the whole day it should show me the idle time of this application.

    accoudingly for all o ther applications also

    Hi,

    I'm sure there must be software out there that you can use to monitor what someone is doing with a PC but I'm afraid I think this is a bit beyond the scope of Excel.

    I imagine that Microsoft has specifically omitted this kind of functionality on security grounds so that users cannot use Excel / Office to setup keylogging software - which is essentially what you're asking for.
