Hi, first post here.
I'm new to programming in excel and would like to know how I can make a form always visible in my workbook.
I would like to be able to modify any cells or change sheet and still have the form open.
I don't know very much about excel programming yet so you'll have to be simple.

A modeless userform will act that way.
Look in the VB Editor Help.
A custom toolbar is another option. (Note: this option will not transfer smoothly to Excel 2007, the userform will.)
