Separating Data of 1 cell into multiple columns

Hello all,

I am somewhat familiar with writing macros, but I haven't needed to write one in a little over a year. I have a spreadsheet where the data is all in one cell, but spaced out on different lines within the cell. I need to take the data from one cell and separate them into different columns. I know how to use the "text to column" and "concatenate" functions but I am not sure if they apply here. Please see the attached sample spreadsheet. I simply cut and paste the samples, but I have over 200 cells with similar data. I open to all suggestions and resolutions with macro or without macro (preferred).
