    Thumbs up User Form for Data Entry In Excel

    Hello all,

    As you know i m new in excell and always bothering you,

    I m doing my account as per attached sheet, daily i have to enter a lot of voucher and i m tired to do it in excell..

    is some one can help me to creat a form so that i can enter easily and add or delete any column and set it again?

    I tried default form in excell but some better way..cuz i have also some drop down..

    The simplest way is to select any cell within the data & then select Form from the Data menu, a ready made form will open.

    But I have some dropdown colunmns also..how i will do that..and also my columns are around 20,

    Any better way in VB or something esle..

    Thanks for reply,
    I checked an example but i dont knwo VB, i think VB form is better, i have 3-4 column with validation of dropdown so, it wil be appreciated if you design for me a form so that i can data entry..

    The example has the basic code to do what you want, you can add ComboBoxes.
