How to Group Data Transaction to Other file by Location Code

Hi ? anyone can help me please..
I have two excel file here, The source data (Harslab.xls) and The result (Loslab.xls). And i want copy the data from Harslab file, when click a button, and then group by Location Code.

I have attached these file, but the result is not match that i want.
Can u help me to repair my code here.
