Hi,
In C2 and copied down
Now just filter column C for 'Varies'
=IF(COUNTIF(INDIRECT("A"&ROW()&":A"&ROW()+COUNTIF(B2:B$35000,B2)-1),A2)=COUNTIF(B2:B$35000,B2),"Fail OK","Varies")
Note:Assumes the data is sorted by ID
