show selective data only in a different WS

Hi all,

In one WS I have a list of names and values, I want to display only the data that is between a set of two values i.e. 1000 to 10000 in that WS in a different WS.

I am a beginner with VBA, and i am reading how to do this from an idiots guide to VBA in Excel-2007 but so far I am only up to page 81 and i'm desperate to have this done...!

Can someone please point me in the right direction and possibly provide me with some example code...

This would be a great help...
