ccs_1981,
See the attached workbook "Create Summary - Countif Match - ccs_1981 - SDG10.xls" with macro "CreateSummary".
Detach/open the workbook and run the "CreateSummary" macro.
Have a great day,

ccs_1981,
How about another workbook with examples of "i may hv more than 10 restaurants...".
And, what is the logic for more than 3 restautants?

yes,
my data more than 3 restaurants may be from restaurant A to restaurant Z and so on. pls refer to the attachment i upload here. i cannot hardcode the data to 3. my question is how to check the total unique data in the column restaurant, if 1 of the meal has total restaurants, then remove the data. it means if it has complete set of data, just remove it.

ccs_1981,
Now I finally understand.
See the attached workbook "Create Summary - Countif Match - ccs_1981 - SDG10.xls" with the updated macro "CreateSummary".
Detach/open the workbook, and, read the instructions in column K.
