Creating a transaction numbering User Form

I have a multi page userform which I need to have a transaction number generated. I do not care of the naming schema, however would like it to be displayed in a textbox in the userform when creating a new entry which then can be saved to the worksheet. I would like this transaction number to work between both pages of the work sheet if possible. If not, two different transaction number schemas can be created.

I have attached an example of what I am trying to accomplish.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
