text & character formula

Hello

I would like a text and character formula where

1) column A contains the text "White Rose Vase"

2) Column C contains a character "br"

3) Column E contains the body "This white rose vase is made of rhinestone crystals"

4) Column F has to produce the following results:
"White Rose Vase<br>This white rose vase is made of rhinestone crystals"

The example is fully illustrated in the attachment.
