"Invalid procedure call or argument" error when creating Pivot table

I'm having some trouble creating an excel pivot table using VBA

This is one of those things where it works most of the time, but once in a while it doesn't and I can't seem to figure out why.

Excel gives the "Invalid procedure call or argument" error on the bolded line below.
