Hi - why not try the recorder? It will give the exact code you need and then edit as neccessary.
actually i would like to make it automatic. But look at it, i don't think its possible. So i decided to make it semi-auto it, or is it possible to select the range of data and insert it into database MSSQL?

i would like to read my sheet1 column 5 to 7 and copy it to a new worksheet.
