I have a small problem in that I have set up a number of monthly reports that are feeding off on page of multiple pivot tables. I have a pivot tables for each month. When I import new data and refresh the current months Pivot tables, it updates all pivot tables in the entire workbook and also defaults the new entries in the selection critiera to being selected.
Can I either set the workbook so that new data pulled in to the PIVOT selection critieria is not automatically selected OR is there a way to update only one or two PIVOT tables rather than every one?
