Matching row data from multiple columns

Hi

Thanks for your response. I have attached the workbook with the data in.
I have tried to use the lookup command in column H, which works fine until row 27. See the colour coded cells.

There is also a module within the sheet with a couple of subs that i have tried to use to do the same thing, which again works to some extent, but not completely.

Thanks for your help. Its been bothering me for too long.
