    Excel formatting creating confusion

My excel data looks like this....

    H.S major SAT contact code

    1. Key High CS 1386 UDA
    UGP
    UPA
    UQS

    2. Reno High IE 1100 UAT
    UDA
    UPA
    UPG

But These extra rows that are designated for the different contact codes are keeping us from using the data in a regression model.. The data needs to look more like..
H.S major SAT UDA UNT UPA UAT UPG ............

    1. Key High CS 1386 1 1 0 1 1

    2. Reno High IE 1100 0 1 1 0 1

How do I make this happen? Also I have thousands and thousands of rows of data so I can not go through each row to do this.. I need to come up with a way to consolidate these rows
