Restore VB UserForms Toolbox to defult controls

There is no automatic way to restore the default controls. You will have to do it manually.

1. In the VBIDE add a UserForm or open an existing one in your project.
2. Click the Control ToolBox icon or type Alt+V then type the letter x.
3. Click on Tools > Additional Controls...
4. Scroll to the Microsoft Forms 2.0 xxx controls.
5. Check each box in this group and click OK
