Selecting specific rows

I'm trying to clean-up a huge bulk of data.

What I want to do is automatically select all rows, where column K contains text value "Closedloss", and have all these rows cut/pasted to Worksheet "ClosedCases".

The second is similar to the first, but I want to select all rows where column J contains a value of 60-80, and have all these rows cut/pasted to Worksheet "MidRange".
