Listbox w/ Range.name rowsource only displaying 6 of the 8 range elements

Howdy.
Kinda flumuxed here. I have a Range with 8 elements. (the number of elements will continually change and the range will be redefined to include all elements)
WHen I do Range.Count I get 8.
When I do a Range.select it highlights the 8 elements.
WHen I set the listbox.rowsource to the range name I only get 6 of the elements.
As the range grew the listbox correctly displayed elements 1-6 . Then at 7 Range elements & up I the listbox would ONLY display the first 6.

Thoughts?

Drivin me nuts.
