Eliminating duplicates

Hi,
I have an excel sheet which has titles of some projects.
I have around 1500 rows. Of these 1500 there might be some titles that are duplicated.How can I take out the duplicates.
Going one by one is a tedious task

if the no of column is not more>>>

then u can use Data --> Filter -->Advance Filter and select Unique record only
