find & replace multiple terms with hyperlinks

Hi Everyone,

I have a long textfile in which a couple hundred of terms (with also other words, which should remain the same). I would like to replace these terms with hyperlinked terms.
I also have a sheet with in column A the terms that should be replaced and column B the hyperlinked version that should replace them.

I found the following macro, but it doesn't use the hyperlink, but just the regular text:

Can this code be edited to use the hyperlinks? If not, does anyone have any other ideas? I'm not real good in programming so if you could dumb your answer down for me, i'd be obliged!

Can you please clarify the text file portion. txt files do not support hiperlinks. You can however change text in a txt file through VBA.

As to the second part I haven't heard of formatting only part of a cell to be displayed as a hyperlink.

If you want the entire cell to display as a hyperlink then here is an example that puts the value of B1 i.e. www.google.com as a hyperlink into A1 and diplays "Google Me!":
