Print form with different lable values?

Hi
I Have a worksheet that has a list of names, dates. I also have a worksheet with a form that i want to print out with the values of some cells on the first sheet. I have this function that does the job nicely when run in debug mode stepping through each instruction, but when run it only loads the first values and then prints the form x number of times with out changing.
Please help.

That works fine.
Could you explain what was wrong with my code, it just seems strange that it would work during step through.
