Question Macros and VBA Simple but confusing cell referencing

I am trying to use some combination of vba and macros, a topic I know little about, to post continually updating stock information into excel. I have live data coming in by way of DDE links but need no copy that live info and save it on a new worksheet after every trading period. I cant simply cell link it because everyday the data changes. I need to find a way to copy each new day's figures in the next available cell under the previous day's numbers. The previous days numbers need to be saved. I also need to find a way to, after say 100 entries, delete the oldest piece of data to make room for the newest data. If anyone thinks they can help id be very gracious.

    Thanks,

    Ryan
