how to select rows after particular difference in value

Hi to all,
I have data like this in my big excel file
Item value
A 10
B 10.5
C 13
D 14
E 14.5
F 15
G 16
H 16.5
I 17
J 17.8
K 18
L 19
M 20
N 21
O 21.5
P 22
Q 22.5
R 23
S 24
T 25
U 26
V 27
W 28
X 29
Y 30
Z 31
Now i want to select Item list after every difference of 5 in value column. I am expecting data like this
EXPECTED
ITEM VALUE
A 10
F 15
M 20
T 25
Y 30
I have huge data file can any one help me to solve this problem. Iam attaching sample file for better understanding.
