Copy and Paste text from a cell to a text box

I am looking for VBA code to copy text from a excel cell into a certain place in a text box. Both the cell and text box are in the same worksheet.

For the example the cell is =K15 and the Text Box is named Text Box 2 which has some text already in it and I want the text from the cell to be pasted in the text box 4 lines down.

Any help is appreciated.

What kind of textbox are you using?

The text box created from the draw tool bar.

Select the TextBox then in the Formula bar type =A1, any entry in A1 will appear in the TextBox
