    Passing multiple parameters in user defined function from worksheet

    I'm trying to call this UDF from a cell in a worksheet. The cell in the worksheet says "=DetermineSubCategory(AA13,C13)". When I update cell AA13 the function is not calling. But if I change this to only pass one parameter and also remove the 2nd parameter in the UDF below it works. Why can't I pass 2 parameters. When passing 1 parameter and removing the OfferingID in the function below it gets to the Stop. When passing 2 like I have below it does not.
