Hello.

I am using the following code to:
1. copy bmp files from one folder into my pictures worksheet
2. crop them them to a specific size
3. insert them in column B, and in the row which is the same is its filename (eg. 3.bmp => B3, 15.bmp => B15, etc.)
4. If I have a picture for my entry (not every row has one), then a picture from sheet picture, cell J2 is copied to my VIP sheet in the same row, but in column L.

However, this code is working great, but I need to make an adjustment. Since a friend once coded this for me, but he is not reachable at the moment, I would like to ask the people here for a hand since I just dont get this macro

I would need to let the macro copy the picure on sheet pictures in cell J2 if it has a picture for that entry (*working*), but if it does not, then I would like it to copy the picture from K2 instead.
To evaluate how many entries there are, just count from sheet VIP, row A3 until you reach an empty cell.

I believe this is a rather minor thing to change for you excel gods here, but it is for sure beyond my capabilities.
