Macro to copy selected columns

Hi,

OK, I want to run a macro that will:

(1) go in to sheets 'A', 'B' and 'C'
(2) find all cells in row 1 that equal "1"
(3) copy the entire column and paste as values

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
