Shift Cells to eliminate gaps

Hiya,

Can anyone help me with this:

I have pasted a lot of information into Excel but it goes, [Cell with data] [Blank Cell] [Cell with data] and so on, so theres a gap between each cell.

I have a lot of data so selecting it, dragging it up etc takes a long time.

Does anyone know any VBA for a macro that will eliminate the cell between the data?

I've been tryna work one out but to no avail, thanks in advance of course for answers!
