Combobox help

Hi,

I am fairly new to Visual basic so please excuse my ignorance.

I am trying to make a combobox in excel so that when the list drops down and I click one of the options, another combobox will display, this new combobox will drop down and once an option is chosen. I believe the term is cascading combo boxes. Below these an autoshape will appear. Each set of options will have a different set of autoshapes. If that makes sense.

Can someone please show/help me do this.
