Hi Guys,
I have a sheet which uses the new conditional formatting options on Excel 2007 to colour code the cells according to their values (green = low, Red = bad)
This stretches 1000 rows down and displays data of energy usage.
I want to annotate various points of the sheet where i can see anomolies in usage, I want this to automatically pop up as the user scrolls down the sheet.
I want the user to have no notes on the top or bottom half of the screen so they can setill see the colour coding but if the cells pass between for example the middle 12 rows, then the text will pop up.
I dont know if this is at all possible but I am assuming that either a system using Text Boxes or Cell Comments can be used for this. (perhaps something which will reveal all cell comments when scrolled to a certain place, or perhaps text boxes with transparency set to 100% unless it passes between the middle of the sheet where the transparency can be changed to allow the user view the box.
Many thanks for any help![]()
