edit the existing userform

hi all
well, i am a newbie to this forum & so does to VBA. Actually i got this attached sheet while surfing the internet. I, personally found it very much useful for me at work; if you guys would help me in making some changes to it.

What all changes i want to have :-

I just want to have two list boxes displaying qty & description (column B & column C) field also, when i select the code from combo box.

AND

if i would enter a code that doesn't mentioned in the code column then it would pop out a msgbox "out of stock"
