Property OleObjectBlob in GdtFcfBuilder had an invalid file reference

Im trouble shooting a userform problem from excel 2000 to excel 2002 and newer.
The error: (excel 2003 in this case)
Line 8: Property OleObjectBlob in GdtFcfBuilder had an invalid file reference
    The GdtFcfBuilder is the userform.

Hopefully others have come across this problem and knows the answer to which reference is required for newer versionsof excel.

I had posted a while back with a similar issue for excel 2007, unfortunately I did not reply back with the fix.

Any hints, tips and or examples is appreciated.

I am leaning towards "Microsoft Forms 2.0 Object Library" not being referenced on newer versions of excel.
    File "FM20.dll"?

Are you importing a form from somewhere?

If your refering to the userform, yes it is being imported.
I wrote the macros in excel 2000 and sharing it with others, some of the "others" have newer versions of excel.

Did you rename any of the files, or not supply the .frx file with the .frm one?

Darn! I did not supply the .frx file.
I am not aware that I should have?

How would the frx file be applied?

When you export a form, there is one .frm file and one .frx file created. Both need to be available and in the same directory (if you open the .frm file in Notepad you will see the OleObjectBlob property refers to the .frx file)

I am waiting on a friend to test this and make sure it is my only problem. Then I will mark this as solved.
