load pictures from folder, crop, adjust in cell

quick question. is there any way for excel to open/import bmp or jpg images and then always cut them at the exact some spot?

Eg. I have several screenshots which have a small passport picture always at the same position. now i am looking to find a fast and easy way to have these pictures cut and then inserted into my sheet.

Any ideas IF excel is even capable of doing this?
