Sequential Numbering and Copy to Sheet

I have a worksheet that many people use to print out invoices. The original copy is on a server and everyone has a shortcut to that document. I am needing to create a sequential number added to the sheet and to be changed when the print button is pressed. Most of us do not save the file.

Also added to that I need to save all the info entered into a hidden sheet when the print button is pressed.

Are these things possible? Or at least the sequential #?

It might be helpful if you uploaded an example of the workbook you mention.

If you're going to maintain a counter to sequence the invoice then you will need to save the workbook. This is also required in order to save the infor to a hidden sheet.

You'll need to specify how the details are to be recorded. Do you want a copy of the sheet or just write the info to a log sheet?

Bear in mind this calls for a VBA solution and users must enable macros for this to work.
