    issue with userform initialize

    Hi,

I have the following code as part of my userform initialize event:

Please Login or Register to view this content.
What I am trying to achieve is that when the form loads:

yomcio has a list from "team" (works)
yomcio has the value "username" (works)
yomrk loads the offset value from "username" so if username is 123 yomrk should be abc. This doesn't work it returns the column header. However if I use the same code on a change event for yomcio it works. Any ideas?

    Thank you in advance.

As much as this might make sense to you, without some example data it appears fairly meaningless.
If you are able to upload an example workbook it would help a lot.
