Need some help with Parameters

I need some help with Parameters. I have set 1 up already to automatically refresh when the Name cell changes. I need to be able to add the date range to my query so when I enter the dates it will return that information.


Also I would like to have the cells in orange to auto refresh when the name field refreshes without using the button.

Any help with these issues I am having is Greatly appreciated. Thanks!
