Match macro

Hi

I am new to the world of macros. I have data in two sheets. I need a macro which will ask me to match between two sheets on the basis of the certain criteria, Like description, ID, and qty and the macro should give me option of matching and not matching and after that it should give the data in the required format. The excel worsheet is attached for reference.
