I just recorded this usinng the 'Filter by Colour' option

Re: How to filter colour cells of a column

    Try This!

Goto Insert - Name - Define
Under "Names in the workbook" - Type "CLR"
Under "Refers to" - Type "=GET.CELL(38,INDIRECT("rc[1]",FALSE))"
    Give OK

Now insert a column before Column A or wherever the data is available
Type "=CLR" in the inserted column - A1
Drag it till wherever you want

This will now return the color codes. You can filter and pick the cells you want.

    Thanks
