Urgent: VBA - Find, Copy then Paste Special

Help, I am stuck completely!!

1) I'm trying to get some VBA to search in a worksheet, i.e. Sheet 1 to find a match to the value of cells in Column A in a seperate worksheet, i.e. Sheet 2.
2) Then once a match is found, e.g. A20, I want to copy the corresponding cells in Column P & Q, e.g. P20 and Q20, in Sheet 2 back to Sheet 1's column P & Q. So basically if A10 of Sheet 1 and A20 of Sheet 2 have the same value as, for example "250", then it will automatically copy the cell P20 & Q20 of Sheet 2 and paste them onto the cell P10 and Q10 in Sheet 1.

Any ideas? any help greatly appreciated! thanks alot.
