Run macro on specific times automatically

Hi,

I have built a macro that copies values from one sheet to another within the same book and performs some calculations on these data. At present I have to press a button to run the macro, but I wonder if there is any way that I can make the macro auto-run on times specified by me, say at 9:00, 10:00, 12:00, 15:30 17:00 and 17:30. The file is always open as it needs to collect data from another application.

thanks! cant quite get it to work though... I get an error on the OnTime function. Might be doing something wrong, i'll keep at it a bit more though. I have excel 2003, do you think that matters?
