    Splitting contents of a cell - Diffirent Lenghts

    I have a long list that I want to split, each cell is like this,
    In column A
    Word1 - Word2 (diffirent lengths) and
    Word1 - Word2/Word3 (diffirent lengths)

    I want to split so that Word1 is in ColumnB and Word2 or Word2/Word3 is in ColumnC (not specifically Columns B & C), and without the space-space between the 2 Parts

    Please help
