    Linking formula to a new copied sheet.

    Is there any code I can use so that a formula I use can be linked to a previous worksheet.
    When I say previous the user will copy and and insert new worksheets when they need to use them.

    The formula is;
    =('Opening Stock'!Q2+Q2)-P2
    Opening stock is another linked sheet and needs to be the basis of the calculation as the stock level can change.

    Q2 - P2 is in the current sheet and when i copy and paste a new sheet I want the formula result to remain the same yet take account of a new value in Q2 and P2.... (basically to show a running balance)!

    Thanks.

    can be done. when you create the formula instead of just writing the formula use the mouse to go to the cells in various sheets and then hit enter. you will get the result.. if the result is ok see the formula in the formula bar.
